The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions except when disclosure is:

• Required by law
• Necessary to prevent serious harm
• Authorized by the Client in writing

The Client also agrees to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary coaching materials provided by the Coach.

Session Recording

With the Client’s knowledge, coaching sessions may be recorded solely for professional purposes related to coaching services.

Recordings will remain confidential.

Educational Disclaimer

Information shared during coaching is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

The Coach may provide general wellness information, educational resources, or lifestyle suggestions.

The Client understands all decisions regarding health, nutrition, exercise, medications, or medical treatment remain solely their responsibility.
