Coaching packages reserve dedicated time and resources, so all fees are non-refundable. Coaching is a professional service that requires commitment, engagement, and personal responsibility. Once payment is made, the client acknowledges services are made available under this agreement, and no refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early termination.
